Stephanie Tate is a writer that enjoys connecting the reader with her favourite causes. A alumni from Thompson Rivers University, she spent her degree strengthening her relationships on campus and in the community. Born in Kamloops, she acknowledges and giving thanks to the Secwépemc people and her great grandfather who immigrated from India and made his way to settle on the traditional lands of the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc within Secwépemc'ulucw. You can find her championing causes that are close to her heart. She is an ally, constantly learning, with marginalized minority groups, and a proud feminist. When not in the spotlight, you can find her curled up on the couch reading, out with friends at the local Farmers market or spending time with her two nieces.
